Gutter Membership Options
Bluewater Exteriors offers three gutter membership options based on how often your home needs gutter inspections and cleanouts. Each plan includes scheduled gutter maintenance, 10% off onsite repairs, and proactive reminders so you do not have to keep track of service timing on your own.
Silver members receive one gutter inspection and one gutter cleanout per year. Gold members receive two gutter inspections and two gutter cleanouts per year. Platinum members receive three gutter inspections and three gutter cleanouts per year.
Monthly gutter membership pricing starts at $24 for Silver, $44 for Gold, and $64 for Platinum for one-story homes. Two-story homes start at $39 for Silver, $69 for Gold, and $99 for Platinum. Heavy tree coverage, bagging leaves and debris, and large rooflines may increase the monthly price.
Window Membership Options
The Bluewater Care Club also includes window membership options for homeowners who want their exterior windows cleaned on a regular schedule. These plans help your home maintain a cleaner, brighter appearance without requiring you to remember when it is time to book your next service.
Silver window memberships include one exterior window cleaning per year. Gold window memberships include two exterior window cleanings per year. Both plans include 10% off onsite repairs and are transferable if you sell your home.
Monthly window membership pricing starts at $29 for Silver and $49 for Gold for standard homes. Homes with 13 or more windows are considered large, with pricing starting at $39 for Silver and $65 for Gold. If your first visit confirms your home falls into the large category, your plan will adjust during the next billing cycle.
Membership Terms & Conditions
Care Club memberships are built for homeowners who want consistent, scheduled maintenance throughout the year. Autopay is required during enrollment, or customers may prepay for the year and receive one month free.
All memberships require a 12-month minimum. If the home is sold, the membership can be transferred to the new homeowner. Minor adjustments may be made during a scheduled visit as long as the work falls within 15 minutes of the allotted appointment time.
Final plan pricing may depend on the home’s service needs. For gutter memberships, factors such as heavy tree coverage, bagging leaves and debris, large rooflines, and home height may affect pricing. For window memberships, homes with 13 or more windows may be placed in the large category after the first visit.
