Eastern Baldwin County is home to Lillian, AL. At the state line separating Alabama and Florida, Lillian is located on Perdido Bay’s western shore. The Lillian Swamp should not be missed by anyone who enjoys being outside. The swamp is a protected area of land owned by the Forever Wild Land Trust. As an estuarine habitat, it is included on the Alabama Ecological Management Site. Within a short drive of Lillian, there is a 5.9-mile circular path called the Perdido Bayou Trail.
