Screen Enclosure Warranty
We warrant the framing (aluminum) material to be free from manufacturing defects and that under normal use and service, the aluminum frame will not fail structurally. (The painted aluminum will maintain most of its manufacturer’s color, however, atmospheric conditions and sun exposure may cause fading and/or discoloring not covered under this warranty).
We warrant the roof panels to be free from manufacturing defects and that under normal use and building practices will not delaminate.
Should an issue occur, refer to the length of your warranty per the package selected at purchase.
This limited warranty shall only apply to products that have not been subject to misuse, abuse, commercial use, neglect, accident, improper maintenance, alteration, vandalism, theft, fire, water or damage because of peril. DAMAGE DUE TO IMPACT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY.
Damage resulting from the installation or use of any accessory not approved by Bluewater Exteriors will void your warranty.
In no event shall recovery of any kind be greater than the amount of the purchase price of the product sold. Alteration of any features of the product shall void this warranty.
Gold
Lifetime, nontransferable warranty on workmanship, frame, and fasteners.
Five annual inspections starting at first year anniversary.
Screen fabric warranted for one year.
Silver
Five-year warranty on workmanship, frame, and fasteners.
One inspection at first year anniversary.
Screen fabric warranted for one year.
Bronze
One-year warranty on workmanship, frame, and fasteners.
Screen fabric is not warranted.
