Our Gutter Warranty

Gutter and components are warranted not to leak for the duration of the imposed warranty.

Paint finish is warranted not to chip, crack, peel, blister or fade non-uniformly. Paint finish is covered for a period of not less than 20 years by the manufacturer. Paint warranty does not cover “tiger striping” (common striping discoloration on the front of the gutter). Some homes may experience atmospheric and other conditions that require regular cleaning.

Warranty is void if gutters or components are removed and/or re-installed by persons or companies other than Bluewater Exteriors, LLC.

Warranty does not cover any other damage or material failure including, but not limited to, damaged caused by occurrences beyond the control of Bluewater Exteriors, LLC., such as settlement of the building, failure of the structure (including foundations and walls), use of incompatible accessories, any reinstallation of the products, normal weathering, chemical pollutants, normal fading, fire, flood, lightning, windblown objects, earthquake, hurricanes, ice dams, icicles and/or ice storms, atmospheric conditions or weather as catastrophic nature as defined by the U.S. Weather Bureau, other “acts of God”, intentional acts, unreasonable use or failure to provide reasonable maintenance, The geographic location, the quality of the atmosphere and other local factors over which Bluewater Exteriors, LLC. has no control, may contribute to the severity of these conditions. Painting any of the gutter or components will also void this warranty.

Inspections are to check for faulty products or improper installation and do not include any service work or gutter clean-out.  Service work and clean-outs can be purchased for additional cost.
